As a certified Embodiment Coach I can offer you coaching sessions to help you achieve your goals. I’m happy to work on anything with you but, as you’ve probably already gathered, I have a particular interest in supporting people with self-care and wellbeing. Coaching is a form of support where I, as your coach, help you to get clear on your goals and support you to find ways to achieve them. I won’t be telling you what to do, instead helping you figure out what would work for you. I’ll be asking you lots of questions to help you get clarity!

As for the embodiment aspect? In western culture we place a high value on our thoughts, but this can sometimes backfire. Ever experienced ‘analysis paralysis’? That state of overthinking and metaphorically tying yourself up in knots? My experience is that our bodies hold wisdom and if we can tap into that we can bypass a lot of the overthinking. So in embodied coaching we’ll be working with the wisdom of your body. I’ll suggest body-based exercises for you to tap into that wisdom to let it guide you to your goals.
